The subject of the solar engagement of MayReal GmbH is the financing, the operation and the management of plants for regenerative energy production.

So far, the focus has been on photovoltaic systems. The Company intends, as far as possible and economically feasible, to invest in other sectors of energy production in the future. In particular, combined heat and power plants will be considered more in the future.

MayReal GmbH operates power plants for regenerative energy generation or participates in project companies that plan, build and operate renewable energy generation plants.In doing so, we check the individual projects for profitability and then decide on the prosecution or the exclusion of a project.

Revenue from the reimbursement under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) is generated for the electricity that is fed into the nearest power grid by the power plants. Alternatively, it will be delivered to end users as part of a direct marketing.
